I have seen pictures of the plants they put down on the Essequibo Islands. They were quickly slapped together-expected to fail after the elections.

Sam Hinds is an Engineer, even though trained as a Chemical. My goodness, he must have training in scientific methods.

Those entrepreneurs who used supply electricity 60 years ago had better systems.
