At a cost of 40 million Guyana dollars each imagine how much of these structures would have been available by now and we would not have even touched a billion dollars even with retrofitting...Finance minister says in EXCESS of 1 billion will be spent ...That is on the Ocean view building in one area alone, when it will cost 400 million to do 10 of these structures at 10 locations..The lack of foresight proper planning and decisions baffles me..
