Indians got a taste of what being a non-white In Europe means. Justice is a white invention meant to protect whites mainly. That's why the Italian marines are protected. I am not sure sequestering an ambassador will help India. India could've brought this case to the British manipulated courts of The Hague with much better results, because Britain like India also has contempt for Southern Europeans.

India to Prevent Italian Ambassador Exit

Imagen activaNew Delhi, Mar 15 (Prensa Latina) India's immigration authorities received the order today of preventing the exit of Italian Ambassador Daniele Mancini, in a new chapter of the bilateral dispute for non-return to this country of two Italian marines accused of murder.

The order was faxed to all airports in the South Asian nation by the Interior Ministry, in compliance with a mandate of the Supreme Court, which communicated to the diplomat yesterday that he could not leave the country.

Mancini will be subject to such restriction until Monday, when a new hearing will be held about the case of the military men, to whom the court, "with the ambassador as guarantor," allowed to travel to Italy for four weeks to vote in the recent legislative elections.

However, on Monday, Rome notified that marines Massimiliano Latorre and Salvatore Girone would not return, because "the Indian authorities' conduct violated the international law."

As a response, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh warned that the decision would have consequences, because "it violated all the rules of diplomatic speech and cast doubt on the agreements reached by accredited representatives of a sovereign Government with our Supreme Court."

Italia said India does not have jurisdiction on this case, because the incident took place in international waters, but New Delhi asserted that it happened just 20.5 miles away from the coasts of Kerala, thus the marines should be tried by a local court.
