I agree.  This is how racist Blacks usually refer to Indians who pose a challenge.  Insult, ridicule, then dehumanize.  It’s what Hitler did with Jews and how Hutus referred to Tutsis leading up to their extermination.

Caribj, with all his pretense, blurt out how he thinks if most Indians.

See him come and defend!

The PNC never cared to win elections the conventional way. Their sole method is rigging.

"The Granger Team is “trying a thing” using Government resources with a mass blast on NCN, but that is not how you win elections.  Their fundamental pillar in their games is nowhere to be found – their candidate. This is not how you win hearts and minds."

The PNC knows the election will see them in opposition again. Even the blacks who voted for them in 2015 are sounding the alarm. They are in disarray. They want the house to house registration so the overseas Guyanese will not be registered and cannot vote.

Not because Anil said so it's true, house to house registration will remove the migrants from the list.Free and fair elections are accomplished by an updated list. The current voters list is bloated.

Even if they are on vacation? Regardless of the bloated list, a Guyanese by birth should be allowed to vote. If the ROs cannot tell a Guyanese from a foreign national, they should not call themselves Guyanese. The migrant should be allowed to register at any time before the election and vote.

Guyanese with holiday visas won't be affected. The ones that picked up permanent status will be removed. By the way overseas voting was barred a while back.

Why? Are they not still citizens of Guyana? How come Burnham stayed in power using overseas vote...dead and nonexistent people? Will the PNC take these permanent residents and stuff the ballot boxes for themselves?

Me thinks you have to reside in Guyana for a period of time to be eligible.

Regarding Burnham and the illegal overseas voting, it's the reason why it was banned. I don't think any stuffing of ballot boxes are needed.

Not needed, but required and necessary for the PNC to get a majority.

I don't think Guyana has the proper mechanism to determine who is an eligible voter and who isn't. Therefore, until Guyana gets such, voters should only count if they are physically present at a polling place in Guyana. While not the best method desirable, it is the most reliable method currently available to ensure that there is only one vote per voter. While it is not fair to those who are not in Guyana at that time, it is much better than the possible stuffing of ballot boxes which can be facilitated by absentee votes.

He should resign.

So you forget who use to be the mouthpiece in the last government.

I believe when the PPP takes back the country they will contract an Indian IT firm to implement Blockchain technology and overseas voting will return!

He was and is still a Guyanese citizen and had every right to do so.

It would be good because for a country with about 500k voters, Guyana sure has a lot of excuses for not being elections ready. That is mostly because they are lazy and incompetent and now are playing to the PNC who never cared for elections.

And I bet if the PPP loses and the voter list was bloated you will scream "De PNC rig de election and all dem dead people vote".   Having a clean voter list is one of the best ways to reduce the probability of rigging.  In 1968 loads of "dead people" voted but then you seem to want this again.
