MY COMMENTS:
If we can graph that we start at 38 % in the 70's, increase to 43% because of the PNC -80's and then Dr Jagan and Hoyte efforts knock it down to 38%.
Now we looking good, we suppose to continue the down ward thrend so in 2010, we expecting 25%, but lo and behold a MUD BRAIN Prezident torpedo the entire program and now we gone back up to 39.5%.
The preliminary indication in in 2012, the poverty level was 42%.
IS THIS PROGRESS OR BACKWARDNESS?
I THINK THIS IS PROGRESS Jugdeow bamsie style?
