I have this theory these incidents are plans by forces to make the government of the day look bad or the possibility to suppress East Indians.Maybe these incidents are political.

Wednesday afternoon as our staff was closing the outside door of our  store . Three mask bandits with high power rifle pulls up and rob the staff of their bags around 5 PM.

Fortunately, the day  Sales was not in the bags ... arrangement was in place how we move our cash . A bag containing important business documents and the store keys were stolen. Our security guard was hold up and he lost his firearm . No one was hurt but the staff is traumatized .

One of our staff lost her passport which contain her US and Canadian visa . She brought it to transact some business the same day  

These men are well train in their movements as we review the cameras. 

The robbery was so quick that Arm securities  with AK47 outside of Mohammed Cambio .. a few stores away didn’t knew until it was over.  

We have never experience robbery of this magnitude in all our years doing business in Guyana  , it’s only a matter of time for people to loss their lives 

We are contemplating sellling and closing all businesses. 

Too sad you cannot invest and expand in your own country .

At the end of the day ... it’s a political ploy to drive Indo out of Guyana . There are lots of hard working successful blacks who are fed up and disappointed with the current government ... they are looking at options of migrating .

Most of the stores owners on regent street have rented to Chinese and is living in Florida ..

I feel sorry for this great loss and the trauma of doing business in Guyana.

This is directly from the Burnham era playbook. Guyana is like a Shyte Hole under the PNC and it will get worse. Leave while it is safe to do so.

Public Security Minister Ramjattan is like a Goadie hanging on President Granger. The President needs to cut off that Big Goadie.

when will the ppp start standing up for indian people or they belly weak you know there is a program in the USA were ex army personal teach business men to defend themselves its weekend courses where u learn the use of fire arms and self defense its also a good way to get business people together to put system in place  to help themselves
