Is South America about to witness the second chapter of military dictatorships plotted by OBAMA?

Some two serious issues have happened. The US has canceled the purchase of some war planes from Brazil. Why this happen is very confidential. At the same time Dilma Russeff is trying to put on trial those generals responsible for the crimes committed during the dictatorship in Brazil. The public trial may disclose the ties that existed between the Brazilian military dictators and the US government and CIA.
