It has been demonstrated that Chavez did not get along fine with the white leaders of North America and Europe. It is time to to have a President that white people of the world like, another white man.

I know, I saw them on TV, celebrating Chavez death. They used to compare Chavez with an ape because he looked brown like the majority of Venezuelans. That was one of the reasons why they hated him. Venezuelan whites hate anyone who doesn't look like them.

Lucas nonwhite Venezuelans remain poor and severely impacted by crime.
Same thing with many white Brazilians who move to Canada and the US. They did not like Lula at the beginning of his term. In fact an Italian Brazilian girl told me during the first year of Lula's first term that "That stupid fool is going to ruin my country".

That may be a reason why Chavez liked Jagdeo so much. He may have been the only other tanned guy in the room.
