At today's Summit President Obama was overheard saying:

Hi Hi Mr. President how are you? We must have a chat...if we don't get a chance here then in Panama.

The other president replies "I will not be in Panama".

President Obama says "You are going to miss your last Summit....I thought you and I would celebrate attending for the last time........

At least he spoke to Ramotar. In Trinidad Jagdeo ran behind him like a little kid trying to get an autograph from a sports hero. Obama told him that he will not speak to him until he allows the DEA to set up in Guyana.
