The consitution says all Presidents of Guyana are immune from prosecution.

This is a waste of time case and is only designed to embarrass.

Jagdeo has all right to ignore them.

Constitution says that they are held immune for any acts committed while they were president.  Jagdeo is not currently the president so is not immune from acts committed after he left office.
