Three bell helicopters from the London-based company, Bristow, arrived in Guyana on Saturday last. The choppers, two of which are caught on camera by Chronicleβs photographer, Mr. Cullen Bess-Nelson at the Ogle International Airport yesterday, will be used for transportation of personnel to and from the drill rigs to be set up offshore Guyana. Arrangements for the drilling of oil here by Canada-based Oil and Gas Exploration Company, CGX Energy Inc., as well as REPSOL, are heating up. A submersible drill rig, the Ocean Saratoga (also pictured above) is expected to arrive on location in the Corentyne river by weekend.
