This pension seems excessive for a president of a 3rd world nation. According to the laws of Guyana, the president's pension shall be 7/8 of the highest annual rate of salary paid to any previous president.

How can such a poor country afford this? It's possible that more than 2 Presidents can be receiving pension in the future. On the scale of economy, this is outrageous.

It is not TRUE. These Guys are just trying everything on the Planet to find fault.   However, an inquiry is acceptable. He certainly deserved a House, Car and driver, Gardener, 2 maids, Security Guards 24 Hours and a good size freck.( $5000 US per month)
