President Barack Hussein Obama, is NOT a black person and President of the US_of_A. That is, both mother and father are NOT of African origin.

Barack Obama's mother is a white American and his father is an African native. Barack Obama is of mixed-race and was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Of note; there were other presidents of the US_of_A who are recognized as individuals of mixed racial composition,

and that is major problem in the future. Just viewing the House of Commons and the Ontario Legislature on TV, one can see more Foreigners than White faces. Many times, those Foreigners presents arguments critical of almost everything. 

Such individuals could never develop their homeland much less have grievances in public, but yet they are willing to tear down what the white society built to welcome them in their midst.

Most of the literature I've read describe Barrack Obama as "African American". Many times the term is hyphenated.

They can spin it whatever way they want but the truth is that his is a Dougla (Mixed) President. According to Trump, he is not even American but that is another story altogether and that claim propelled Trump to office. The rest is history.
