[www.inewsguyana.com] – The People’s Progressive Party (PPP) continued consultations to fill its remaining two seats in the 11th Parliament of Guyana.

One of the replacements is Former Minister of Agriculture Dr. Leslie Ramsammy who was originally listed to serve as a Member of Parliament but has since communicated to the Party the circumstances of his ill-health which renders him unavailable to serve.

In a communication to the Party, Dr. Ramsammy wrote, ‘’ … After being sick and in bed for two weeks in Guyana, I left last week. I have been in hospital in New York and was discharged subsequently. But given my special situation and my deteriorating health, I have decided that I will not be able to serve with the dedication and commitment necessary for the 11th Parliament. I am sorry that I cannot at this time find it possible to continue the fight as a Member of Parliament.”

I will ask anyone of this board to please give Farok ak shyster, sase telephone number email or twitter, facebook or whatever.  Farooke is obsessed with this banna Sase.

OK - now stop clogging up this board with your internal jumbies.

We have big discussions today - Granger speech, Rice deal cancelled, Amaila Deal can be saved and of course EXXON Mobile.

By the way serious posters (not for Shaitaan) - what is the latest with Guysuco?

Dude,

when the worst that people can do to you is to attack a health issue from honorable military service and to misspell your name on an internet forum, I'd say you're ok.

No one will ever connect my name to petty theft of flour from the mouths of starving people in a third world country.

I do not mind his speech. It is in the manner and mode of the Guyanese politician where they approach a speech with a "quarreling tone". I listened to it from beginning to end.

A quarrelsome, contentious tone is one thing, a long winded buze down is another. Sase's reaches into the gutter about king kong and his "woman" etc. fall very short of the masterful speeches delivered by Burnham, Jagan, Fenton Ramsahoye, and others from our rich, colorful political history. Sase's problem is that he wants to be these men. He wants to be Obama. He wants to be profound and have their delivery but lacks the skill and wherewithal to do so.

I do not know the gentleman. I do not know his ambition. I cannot comment on that. I speak to the above speech.

I disagree with you folks Burnham was a great speaker he had good tone but his speeches ware crap. Jagan was no orator either. I do not know the others but those two spawned the grating screaming matches for speeches we have had since as integral to "worthy" oration

Obama is genius. He has great cadence, and mixes reason with the emotion well without the 'buse down or third octave screeches. Regan did the same. Great orators of the American experience include William Buckley who despite being a conservative was genius in delivery.

Burnhan is a great orator.  This is widely recognized.  Some said that he copied Churchill. Nigel Hughes sounds a bit like Burnham.
