I wished this could be done, but in law this will be a battle since you cannot withdraw a benefit without just cause.

Bring a claim for breach of contract or unlawful benefit deductions. This is sometimes known as “standing and suing”.

Laws can be reviewed and changed at any time any lawyer can tell you that.

This is not an inalienable right for Jagdeo to get a pension. New laws and be done with it.

The court already ruled on Jagdeo's pension.

Parliament has to have 2/3 majority to stop Jagdeo's pension.  Then they have to stop Corbin's pension and the in coming president.

They promised to stop Jagdeo's pension and put him behind bars.

They Promised to change Burnham's 1980 constitution.

They promised to raise the Salaries of the armed forces.

They promised to stop crimes  but will allow domestic violence.

courts can rule on the law. The assembly can create a law. Presidents sigh those. There is no constitutional requirement to set the President pension as a specific scale. It is arbitrary and the reason it is as onerous as it is necessitating change.

The President's pension package revised as they cannot change former president's package.
