Speech Pathologist for Brooklyn Teaching Hospital

This is an immediate opportunity for an experienced Speech Pathologist

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

· Performing evaluations and treatments of patients admitted to Rehab Unit or Acute Care Service

Using Health bridge to collect all orders for evaluations
Following departmental policies and procedures when submitting paperwork or entering information using on their database
Keeping a log of your daily activities and billing.
Maintaining communication with the Rehab team members, including attending, residents, physical therapists, social works and nursing staffing
Creating customized care plans for patients
Educating patients and providing instructions to families for patient support

Requirements:

SLP License/ CCC credentials

Hospital experience a plus!

Pay: Competitive
