Our clients are Architects, Building Construction Companies, Design Consultants, and Engineering Firms. They want to “build it” and they come to us for consultation on zoning, filing, permits, and advice on a host of other issues related to building construction and municipal requirements compliance.
As an Administrative Liaison you will be a key point of contact for clients. While we will assign clients to you, we will expect you to be driven by the kind of enthusiasm that tells stake-holders you love your job.

Your role as an Administrative Liaison with us comes with Project and Document Management Responsibilities. This means you must familiarize yourself with client goals and expectations and as a key point of contact for clients, serve as a scheduling coordinator for Senior Staff with clients Department of Buildings (DOB) meetings and other appointments and have oversight regarding plans and specifications that have been submitted to and approved by regulatory agencies.
