PPP projects?
PNC projects?
These are tax payer funded projects for the people of Guyana...they don't belong to any one political party...
Recall the ERP of the hoyte era? It made a ton of sense based on where Guyana was at the time and what was happening in the rest of the world. The PPP continued implementation as they had to do based on the requirements of the IMG/World Bank but got rid of many who could really make it truly effective. So there were some successes not as many as if it were implemented as designed. Btw the privatization unit and Nicil were just 2 creatures of the ERP.
Then there is the concept of continuity of government from a legal contract perspective.
The afc/apnu crooks in office are incompetent, there is no doubt about this as we have yet to see any concrete efforts being made to draw in investors and develop new industries. They will continue to implement the plans laid by the PPP which they previously criticized while in opposition.

But there is a difference. PNC has lots more bacanal projects for the taxpayers to bear!! So projects ≠ Projects = True
Indeed, Baseman.

This indeed is correct, the pnc afc/apnu so have has concentrated on celebrations rather than development or luring investors. Maybe this is their plan, to lure overseas Guyanese back for all the sporting and then rob them.
