The Constitution of Guyana guarantees freedom of expression.

It's no secret that the PPP regime views the independent news media as anathema, particularly Kaieteur News and Stabroek News.

If this cyber attack against KN doesn't stop, the PPP-Chinese compeers will be emboldened to attack SN and other private providers of online news.

I find it hard to believe that anyone would enlist China' help to cyber attack KN. 

Was it easy to believe that Bharrat put Varshnie out of his bedroom one week after their wedding?

Was it easy to believe that the PPP would accept House of Israel thug Pulourie Joe Hamilton and make him a parliamentarian a few months afterwards?

The PPP of today is not above the unbelievable.

The PPP have enough IT technical support to carry out cyber attacks themselves without appealing to the Chinese. I cant see how the Chinese would bow to any PPP demands.  The Chinese are anything but stupid.

There is strong evidence the PPP government tried numerous times to shut down KN and failed.

Due to the PPP strong link with China who are as corrupted as the PPP.

Their PPP desperation to stay in power, mainly what will be found in the books when a new government takes over, they are vindictive  to try anything possible to stop KN news for letting the Guyanese public know about their corrupt government.

KN exposing crooked deals with China to sell-out Guyana, is strong evidence that China is behind the cyber attacks.

 

The PPP is crooked like a  snake and must GO, if anything good is to become of Guyana.    

 

       
       
They would have to put Rummouthar's son to lead the team of cyber hackers and pay him $50 million and then the job will be halfway completed. Then they would have to hire a new contractor to clean up the mess. The Chinese are cheaper, efficient and more experienced.

KN statement is plausible. Isn't Bai Shin Lin an arm of one of the state-owned companies?

Cyber attackers are everywhere including China and many of them are youths. They have attacked systems and Banks in the US, Canada and Britain. You guys who link these cyber attackers with the PPP are all nuts and would go out of your way to blame the PPP for anything and everthing. Yes, they are rotten to the core, but linking them to cyber attackers invading KN is pure Bull Shit, and all of you know it.

Why would china attack KN if not on the PPP behest?  It is what these Chinese communists do. They want complete control that is why they filter any anti Chinese stuff from their own people. 

Well, you may have five more years to continue blaming them.

Illiberal democracies have zero claim to legitimacy notwithstanding their ability to win a "free" but unfair election.

I am not convicting anyone with solid proof. You know how coolie people say.

 

In these cases, there will almost never be proof that is "beyond a reasonable doubt."

 

However, even the relatively high "clear and convincing" standard of evidence is met in this case.
