Django Bhai, the man has produced a hard copy. The family gave him that copy to refute the accusation. How can you refute this kind of evidence? In a court of law, the judge would throw you out of court.

Django, there was no mention of the man going to the family. He said he was given the death certificate by the family(if I remembered correctly). If he was given it, what is wrong with that? Compare to Mingo and the PNC, let's check who has the cleaner whistle.

You got it brother. The family just wanted to clear the confusion after the name was made public. What was strange is that person died a few years ago and the continuous registration process failed to remove it(waste of taxpayers' money).

You got it reverse, the PPP blocked it ,and the exercise had to be aborted.

One have to get Documents to prove claims.

They can know when the dead votes ,names are ticked off on the pink slips.

When voting in the US ,I present my Drivers License ,the attendant [mostly retirees] look for my name on sheet of paper with list of names, verifies my who i am ,takes ruler and draw a line across my name ,then a ballot is given. Simple as that .
