Under an overcast sky and on a moist pitch, the star studded Kendall’s Union Sports Stars emerged champions of the recently concluded Ramnarine ‘Brother’ Appiah T20 tournament played at the Kendall’s Union Cricket Ground, No 19 Village, Berbice. They beat arch rival Kendall’s Union Sports Club (KUSC) in a nail biting final by seven wickets in a game reduced to eight overs a side due to fading light. The tournament was sponsored by Mukesh Appiah and family in honour of his father.
