Joe is your criminal are you guys gonna apologize for Joe's crimes against the Guyanese people? or is all that talk about Granger cheap political gimmicks by Jagdeo and Ramotar?

Was JAgdeo race baiting Guyanese at Babu Jaan? Now that Joe Hamilton is now part of the PPP / House of Israel will the PPP call on Joe to do the right thing and apologize to the people of this country for the wave of terror he unleashed on the Guyanese people during the PNC hey day?

I read their story and if true speaks directly to what I call police corrupt practices. It is of little consequence that this man appears to be a sociopath. His injuries ought to have been identified by hospital staff and taken care of. He supposedly have xrays taken and if they do not indicate he had a rib broken and a punctured lungs and this happened at the police station, then someone there ought to be brought up on murder charges. A full investigation as to how and where the injuries occurred must take place. Again, he may be a criminal but he is still a person with rights. You maleducated fools may not get that fact but that is the prevailing condition in a democratic society. You do not murder prisoners because you believe them to be psychopaths.

If only you did indeed have some smart. The reason there are constitutions is because we hold some things as self evident ie rights are non hierarchical and all falling under the rubric of persons are possessed of rights. These cannot be taken away except under special circumstances as an intervention of the law through an authoritative process. Police are not the law. They are agents of the law and as such must act within the law. They cannot take liberties with criminals suspects however heinous may be their crimes.
