I do not know that 5000 dollars for a license to register a business name and get a tax id is prohibitive. I presume that lasts for the duration of the business if active. I am not worried that they will be jailed or not. I worry that they never again get access to steal.

To the contrary; my estate was not worth much 10 years ago. Was offered 500k back then.  Only a few weeks ago someone offered me a million two.  Imagine if I develop it by  building a cluster of houses and a small strip mall,  in the first 10 lots. I can make ten times as much and still have the rest! It is not bothering me and I do not have any need for the cash so I am willing to keep it another 10

Dream on,  Guyanese have no money to spend under the PNC, it is back to the days of bottom house stores, any strip mall will be sure to leave you broke.  If you had sold under the PPP two years ago you would have gotten 3 million. 

As for access to steal, you still have not proven that they have stolen as no ppp jailed after umpteen forensic audits, but you keep braying the same jackass message with your "common knowledge" evidence against the PPP.
