Please tell me how ramotaur  gave the PPP to the PNC.

The candidate should be young. All the old farts should leave and make place for the young. That young candidate should be freely and fairly elected by the congress without any influence whatsoever based on their own separate platforms. Delegates should be loyal to the Party and their promises. Firstly though, the PPP constitution should be rewritten by a committee freely and fairly elected at Congress. It should exclude the General Secretary of the Party from being automatically the next Presidential Candidate. As well, all the members of the Executive Committee should be elected fairly and freely. That would be a good start.

When you go for a driving test you have to look in front, left, right, in your blind spot and all around you using the rear view mirror. That is what I did looking all around his administration and saw what he did when ordered by the DAG. The DAG was incharge and gave the orders to Ramoutar who dressed it in his own way and presented it to cabinet. Who gave Linden free electricity. He was engaged and tied up in numrous conflict of interest. Just two examples.

You are confusing Guyana with the US. In Guyana there is parliament, in the US, congress. 

Secondly, I believe 75% of the votes of parliamentarians is needed for constitutional change much less rewriting. 

PPP Congress DRUGB 

This is just talk. The only way you can have an impact is  to become a member of the PPP and then agitate for the changes you suggest. This is not concurring with your post, just a suggestion to don.

That approach may take a decade to advance to any significant decision making position as a party member.
