On June 11 2014 an Outline of Understanding between Puruni LLC, Reflex Mining and Regan Pollard and Elisabeth Harper was signed indicating her agreement to “sign a personal guaranty in support of the obligations of Pollard and Reflex” to repay US$3.53M by August 2017. (Click on image to enlarge)

On March 2 2015 Managing Member of Puruni LLC Daniel Saks wrote to Harper:”In the Settlement Agreement you undertook to sign a personal guaranty in support of the obligations …a draft of the said guarantee agreement was sent to Mr Pollard several months ago and to date, you have refused, failed or neglected to sign same….” Saks concludes that all options are open to Puruni including “making it known publicly that the PPP/C Prime Ministerial candidate can not be trusted.”
