He was institutionalized. We do need to interact with him but with care. I think he wrote a book .

Spuds! What wrong with that. Our friend Ron gets clean clothes, good food, a nice warm bed, free heat/air conditioning and free health care.  While Spuds broke as rass because he has to buy groceries and pay utilities bills.  So Spuds who is smart and who is the Jackass?
