Understand this. With the Indian population tumbling to being around 35% by the next election 100% Indo domination, such as occurred in the PPP 23 years, isn't sustainable.
The mixed identified population is exploding and evidence is that the vast majority do NOT support the PPP. And you cannot get the mixed vote without the black vote, as they tend to operate within the same cultural context.

I was editing my post giving the the percentages of mixed and Amerindians,while Kas was posting,all adds up to 100%
Kaz was being funny and KP fell for it.
Looking at those numbers, the PPP did exceeding well considering that the AFC pulled about five percent of Indo votes away from them. The PPP appears to still draw a decent number of votes from natives and other races.
I think this is what spooked Granger given that the AFC is now dead weight to the PNC. The young, educated blacks and mixed are not too happy with the current administration and there is an opening for the PPP to take that block of votes.
This can happen if they elect a leader of a mixed or black race.
Given that most of the PPP votes came back home and with the state of the economy, increased taxes, job losses and crime escalating, Granger has been spooked and feels that rigging is the only way to stay in power.
