Actually, Amber ... I use cayene pepper to make my version of tea.

The ingredienst I generally use are:

Ginger
Cinnamon
Turmeric
Cardamon
Cayene Pepper
Green Tea ( Red Rose, Earls Grey, Ceylon-Liptons )
