What are Jagdeo's options?

This is a coordinated effort to sweep the election from under the PPP by all means. Granger have people in all places from GECOM to the court to help to complete the mission. This is the danger I was talking about.

Chief Elections Officer (CEO) of the Guyana Elections Commission Keith Lowenfield today submitted a report to the Chair Justice Claudette Singh, with numbers which do not reflect those certified from the recount activity.

Guyana Times understands that the GECOM Chair has since rejected the report.

Lowenfield submits elections report with fraudulently concocted numbers

Chief Elections Officer (CEO) of the Guyana Elections Commission Keith Lowenfield today submitted a report to the Chair Justice Claudette Singh, with numbers which do not reflect those certified from the recount activity.

Guyana Times understands that the GECOM Chair has since rejected the report.

According to the figures presented by the CEO in his new report, the APNU/AFC garnered 171,825 votes while the PPP//C gained 166,343 votes.

Lowenfield, in the report, would have calculated parliamentary seats based on those figures.

By his calculations, Lowenfield is disenfranchising thousands of voters.

The certified recount figures, which has been deemed credible by all international and local observers, show that the PPP/C won the elections with 233,336 votes while the APNU/AFC garnered 217,920 – a difference of 15,416 votes.

PPP/C Executive Member Anil Nandlall has since reasoned that: “Many were critical of our move to the CCJ. Within hours we are vindicated. Lowenfield did exactly as l predicted. He presented a fraudulent Report!”

The PPP/C has approached the Caribbean Court of Justice to challenge the ruling handed down by the Appeal Court, which determined that it has jurisdiction to interpret Article 177 (4) of the Constitution of Guyana which it claims, speaks to the election of a President when the interpretation of the Constitution is being invoked but the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) must determine “if more valid votes are cast” for a list.

As I said in a post last evening, Georgetown notified me that There are  no festivities occuring. Last time during the first count when an attempt to swear in Granger even before all the ballots were counted there was much pomp and fanfare.

I must say that I'm a bit surprise that de kwe kwe session is not in full swing. 😃

At the rate this election is going, I won't be surprised if it make it in the Guinness book of world records.

My first impression after looking at Lowenfields face is corruption-he works for God. Jews are the confusion we experience about reality and the Negro is their tool of organized confusion. Why else would they be violent for an issue of discrimination like that which exists in the United States today. I sound racist but I actually honestly believe I'm telling the truth. I do not intend to victimize anyone with my insight  but I see myself as  a victim of  free expression. If I feel they are using body language secretly to control us how can I express that positively if I believe that causes harm.

All bad things must end sooner or later. Bad government not permanent. APNU+AFC intransigence cannot hold. Their thing will fall apart. Patience.

The APNU+AFC Trojan Horse in GECOM, Lowenfield, thinks 115,844 PPP/C voters don't matter and can be wished away.

On the contrary PPP/C VOTERS do matter and cannot be vanished. The struggle continues.
