He’s not "done" with her yet.

Before learning that he would spend up to 32 years behind bars, convicted Queens rapist Jerry Ramrattan vowed at a dramatic sentencing today that he was "not done" with the smear campaign that framed his victim, Seemona Sumasar, for a series of armed robberies and left her languishing in jail for seven months.

"I maintain my innocence and plan on turning over motions and other paperwork about Ms. Sumasar," Ramrattan seethed before he was dragged away to the clink.

"I’m not done. I’m not done," he raged inside a Queens Supreme Court room.

Jerry Ramrattan in court today.
Last month, a jury deliberated just a day and a half before finding Ramrattan, 39, guilty of binding and gagging his ex with duct tape before sexually assaulting her in her Far Rockaway home. He was convicted of rape, perjury and tampering with a witness, among other charges.

"You are pure evil, a sociopath, and you need help," Sumasar told her attacker in court, coldly staring him down.

"Someone has to stop you and your madness. You are the kind of person that if you were let out on bail today, you would prey on another person."

A spectator jumped up, pointed a finger at her, and screamed, "Liar!" before being escorted out of the courtroom.

During a rambling, pre-sentencing rant, in which he blamed the media for his woes and claimed to have assisted rape victims and protected police officers, Ramrattan, a former private investigator, accused a Queens district attorney of hiding videotaped evidence in a law enforcement bribery case.

The ADA replied he had no idea what Ramrattan was talking about.

His rant was interrupted by his own mother, who wailed so loudly that two court officers were ordered to carry her out of the court room. Afterwards she could still be heard from the hallway crying, "Jerry! Jerry!"

"What the media has done to my family and my son is inexcusable. I think about all the rape victims that I’ve assisted and all the officers that I’ve protected — here in this very court house — who still stand behind me to this day."
