Mahendra Bhagwandin wins Trophy Stall Golf Tournament

The Lusignan Golf Club on Saturday held its first tournament for year that was generously sponsored by Trophy Stall. The turnout for the competition was encouraging as over thirty (30) players competed for the impressive trophies from the sponsor.
In winner’s row was Mahendra Bhagwandin with a gross of 88 and net 66, second was Ravi Persaud with a gross of 85 and net 67, Avinash Persaud third with a gross 70, net 68 and fourth was Mike Mangal with gross 80, net 71.
Best gross went to Avinash Persaud with 70 and closest to pin was won by Haresh Tewari.
The club anticipates a year packed with activity especially since sunny weather conditions are expected to continue.
