With such severe structural defects, similar but granted on a much larger scale to the property erected by warrior, one would think that the only recourse would be to demolish the structure and start over again.

As my friend Drugb says, "you touch it, you own it."

Patterson touched Priya's structural defects at Kato school, so Patterson owns Priya's defects. Story done.

You see, you found a use for an IT slang.  No one want to remedy substandard work, but this is what the afc/apnu signed up for when they stole the elections.

Dude, quit claiming something that has a clear legacy in the public domain. It is an iteration of what Powell said to Bush about the war " you break it you own it". He took it from the pottery barn rule of to customers, if you break it you buy it.

You guys may say that at UBS as your programming culture but it is bad practice in programming which these days demands collaboration. There is no place for the lone wolf programmer in business.
