Police have arrested a man who allegedly stabbed his roommate to death in Richmond Hill early on Monday morning.
At 2:27 on June 26, officers from the 102nd Precinct responded to a 911 call of a person stabbed at 94-28 117th St., between Atlantic and 95th avenues. Upon their arrival, police found a 26-year-old man unconscious and unresponsive with a stab wound in his neck.
EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to Jamaica Hospital, where the victim was declared dead on arrival. The NYPD withheld his identity pending family notification.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, police arrested the victimβs roommate, whoβs identity has not been released yet, in connection to the stabbing. Charges are still pending against him.
