He follows a strict diet, exercises and yoga. He also has a personal trainer. Good for him. I hope to be that active at 75. Most of my elderly relatives lived past 90.

I attended a 90-year-old in-law's funeral yesterday. She originally lived in a logie and used to tell us about plantation life. Met a VIP and GNIer at the viewing the night before.

My grandmother from NY lived to 94 with no major Heath issues and passed away after a brief illness about a year ago. 

I recorded many of our conversations and will cherish them. 

She lived on a very strict vegetarian diet and was a very religious person. I learnt a lot from her.

Nice. My Dad is 89 and going strong.

Btw, while mingling with the crowd at the viewing, I saw a guy standing with a former PPP minister's brother, and I recognized him instantly from his pics and articles posted here. He said GNI is a nice place.  

The reason why the Rolling Stones have to keep touring is because they have to pay for the upkeep and taxes of the big houses that they have. Do you really think that those old guys want to be on stage singing and dancing a bunch of old hits every night of the week. They probably want to be like Prashad in his bed with his wife looking at TV around 10 pm.
