Ming cops first place at F1 supporting race during Mexico Grand Prix

Just before thousands get to see Lewis Hamilton win at the Mexico Grand Prix to keep his title hopes alive, Guyanaβs Calvin Ming climbed to the top of the podium during the Formula One (F1) supporting race in Mexico City earlier today.
Ming who competes in the NACAM Formula 4 Championship, competed in two races in the Spanish Speaking country, during the hosting of the F1 Grand Prix.
Behind the wheels of his Mygale, lit-up the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez track; finishing third in the first race, before returning to have the better of the rest of the competition in the second.
The son of businessman and local race legend Stanley Ming, Calvin is the lone Guyanese on that competes on the F4 circuit.
His aim is to one day compete in the F1 series, but for now, Ming has been finding much success in the F4 championship, with several podium finish this year.
