His name is Joel Ghansham, Guyanese TV personality. When he was in NY, he and Deeraj Gayaram use to fight for stage dominance, or who look prettier, per say.

Nah, if you meet Deoraj off stage, he is a normal guy.  I saw this guy on TV in Guyana hosting a show.  He dress up just like that even off stage!

I agree, that why i used the term "augment".  I see about three I would chose, but to decide, I want something more qualitative and substantive!  All what you said, yes they must have that first to get to the front line!
