Perhaps, the PNC/AFC have ceased digging with frustration with the knowledge that there is nothing to find/locate.

In fact they did recover money, from the tax payers pockets to fund sporting and whine down, 50% raises and 20Million $ suv for Nagamootoo.  But according to Djangy, T and others, the recently passed laws will aid Clive Thomas to recover lost assets stolen by the PPP, 

It appears that they are making progress,  they recently locked up Jagdeo and a few others but freed them shortly. Maybe in 10 years they will gather sufficient evidence but by then there will be nohing to recover as Jaggy et al would have spent it all.

Is there a statute of limitation on theft of state assets?

The books cost approx 5 times that amount at time of purchase,current cost have reduced,taxpayers money paid for the books,in N.A the offender will face the music,a mayor in my state of residence had to for having a contractor upgrade his kitchen,also others for minor stuff.

Third world countries politicians do no wrong,and they are propped up by their supporters,when will it end ??

The AFC/PNC claims that the PPP stole $ 300 Billion per year. Now, since the AFC/PNC took office and we are to assume that the $ 300 Billion per year is not being stolen, where is that money for the past two years ?
