More Delay Tactics: PPP to File Private Criminal Charges Against Lowenfield Tomorrow

Intelligence sources have intercepted communications chatter which suggests that the Opposition People’s Progressive Party (PPP) plans to execute a public relations stunt by filing private criminal charges against Chief Elections Officer, Keith Lowenfiled, on Monday, June 29, 2020.

The information indicates that the charges are allegedly being drafted by Attorneys-at-Law Glenn Hanoman and Devindra Kissoon. The PPP intends to fraudulently charge the GECOM CEO privately with misconduct in public office.

The conspiracy comes in the wake of Lowenfield issuing final elections results in accordance with the June 23, 2020 ruling of the Guyana Court of Appeal which shows that the APNU+AF Coalition won the elections. The court ruling ordered GECOM to only count valid votes cast in the March 2. 2020 elections.

Filing charges against Lowenfield wouldn't delay the CCJ process. I heard this even before the court of appeal case was filed. If either party sees something wrong they should take legal action. The courts are our last resort for justice.

Let me remind you that Granger went as far as the CCJ to fully understand that 34 is greater than 33. Fraud is Fraud. Fair is Fair.

PNC failed Math now CCJ will school them on English.

CCJ hasn't even met to make s decision and you already declared the PNC winner despite the fact that the PPP won by 15336 votes. What a hypocrite? You can report me anytime you want, it would not change the fact that the PPP won and Lowenfield changed the tally to give the PNC a win. They don't even have to use the army to steal votes which they can do themselves.
