Canada does have a deportation policy for criminals. The problem is how will Guyana handle criminals like these ? Do they have the resources to do so ?

If this is about "get rich quick" scheme it's short lived and dangerous. The end game is killing, jailed and deportation. The same faith Guyana will experience from a deportee.
Think about your chance of becoming a victim of crime in any major city in North America. It is ming-boggling when you think how many people have become victims of violent crimes. This young man from Guyana who committed murder ought not to be on the streets again. He is a menace to society and therefore his freedom should be taken away by incarcerating him for as long as he is a danger to society.
