Talk going around in New Amsterdam, Berbice that the newly opened Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is owed a large sum of money by a political party for 150 buckets of fried chicken both spicy and mixed.  It's a friendly business environment, unfortunately, some our politicians are taking advantage of the situation by purchasing huge amount stuffs on credit.

I did not want to get too involved in these discussions but thought I should interject.  My comments are not pro or anti anyone, only pro-Guyanese.  I have visited some of the infrastructure projects like the new warf in essequibo and others.  I spoke to some of the senior non-Govt managers on the project and could tell you, they are fed up with the syphoning off of cash by well-placed PPP cronies.  It is well configured so difficult for any outsider to expose.

I do believe the "procurement commission" being proposed by the opposition is a solution.  This body will provide the executive and independent oversight over the management of these projects.  I can tell you, I do not want to see a reversion to PNC rule and I dont see the AFC acquiring critical mass to take power, so I am left with the choice of a more accountable PPP as the only pragmatic position.  The joint opposition is making this a reality.

Baseman, get real here. If the AFC was a true champion would you have left that party ?

Tell us the real reason why you left the AFC. I understand that you want to be neutral but your comments are still in the AFC mode.

Either you support the AFC or you don't support them. Until then, people will still see you as a politician.

The man said there is careful siphoning going on on projects by the PPP. He also said the AFC stands to make a difference. That has been the prevailing reality and none of this poisonous atmosphere Ramotar is fabricating or none of the yammering by you little mokes will make that go away. The AFC is the change we need that we got. They have already put a plug in the leech stream of the PPP so they have their minions on the street. Evil can never win.

Hey Buckman, D2/Storm

Shut your trap, you are so nosey.

This question was directed at Baseman. You are behaving like a woman who has menopause.

Let Baseman answer for himself. Stop filling up the board with your rubbish. Can you not stay silent for a min. Oh, I forgot you are experiencing male menopause.

LOL

Do you think saying "buckman" is an ingenious insult to me? I embrace all of me with alacrity! My dalit grand mother married a Scotsman and became the beneficiary of a different view on life  than one she had. I still remember her  cooking in ways not habitual for a guyanese indian  and incorporating everything into a wonder fusion that is still the smells of our holiday table.

My mother is a professor and I am sure I do owe a lot to her. I am quite sure you did not take your good mothers advice seriously to improve yourself and add to the benefits of her heritage.
