Moses should conduct himself properly and professionally as a MP. This type of behaviour is unacceptable.

Imagine the consequences of this happening in the USA or Canada.

This man is proving to be a loose cannon at times. With RUMjattan and Moses making political bunders lately, the AFC should be in the damage control mode at this stage of the political game.

We have failed to see statesmanship attributes in these two politicians. They rightly belong on the opposition benches and should keep a close eye on the minority PPP government. This seems to be the role of the AFC in the future.

Spin this whatever way you want, this type of behaviour is unacceptable in Parliament. For the AFC members to call Jagdeo a cuss down man and not calling Moses on this type of behaviour is double standards.

It seems that the speaker of the house has so far proven to be the most professional MP and this should be  commended.

Do not get me wrong, the PPP also have it's share of politicians who should also uphold higher standards in parliament.

Let us call a spade a spade.

Alliance For Change (AFC) Member of Parliament Moses Nagamootoo in the National Assembly, when he confessed to cursing his grandson when the child bothers him with repeated questions and admitted to shouting at the child, saying “shut yo so and so mouth”.
During his presentation on the 2012 budget debate, Nagamootoo, a former PPP/C party member who defected to the AFC, said, “…it is like a child. In the vehicle when I travel from my home, my grandson will say ‘are we there yet? Are we there yet?’  and I would tell he ‘shut yo so and so mouth’.”
The House immediately erupted, and a loud uproar was heard in the chambers as some members were shocked and astounded to hear this coming from the Honourable Member of the House with some members chanting and accusing him of ‘Child Abuse’.

Nagamootoo should be ashamed of himself......the Guyanese populace pity him
