You raise a valid point. The author make the mistake to claim that Guyana was involved in an illegal rendition. As we all know from facts, Khan was caught in Suriname with drugs. He had a choice of being locked up in Suriname, or expelled from the country. Bharat Jagdeo himself refused Khan re-entry into Guyana. As an international drugs dealer Khan could have been arrested in any country that he entered. so nothing illegal about that.
