The Mahatma Gandhi once said something to the effect that decency is not merely an appeal to the court of justice, but an appeal to the court of conscience. He also said that a man can change, and may even choose other friends and colleagues, as long as he steadfastly refuses to compromise his principles. There was a picture in the newspapers over this past weekend, showing Moses Nagamootoo standing next to David Granger at a ceremony paying homage to Forbes Burnham. It was a sad and vexing spectacle of a man totally lacking conscience, absolutely compromising his principles and selling his soul to the highest bidder just for the taste of power.

Nonsense. Article is a waste of time. Jorgan stupidity got koolie in this mess in the first place.
Dave,
i dont think that picture with Moses is real? Can you confirm?
It is difficult to go against the opportunity. With CBJ, so many Indians saw opportunity with him. It was a cult worship, and to this day. And CBJ rewards were not on the merits of an individual but how endearing a person they were to his political ideals.
Maybe, Moses finally realizes the flaws in CBJ. In the context of Guyana, CBJ failed terribly. Also, were all the country's leaders. Proof is evident in our struggles as a people.

Moses wanted Leadership or nothing just like Forbes Burnham did. It is all sour grapes. If Jagan's legacy was likening to cult what do you call Burnham's? Burnham's legacy is filled with murders, stifling the Opposition, Starving his people by banning foodstuff and medicines, rigging all election during his lifetime, he blackmailed the top ten richest Indians for money which made him rich. He bought houses, hotels, and restaurants and didn't pay for them. He created National Service and forced the Indians to leave the country so that blacks can become a majority. This is the Man whom Moses worshipped. This is the man whom blacks would die for. This is the man whom Seignetand Petal claimed to admire and loved.
Let the Good times roll. Swear in Granger so that you can have more of the same.

Don't be wrong and strong. Get your story straight.
This is absolute dishonesty by the poster. Knowingly posting a doctored picture.
I wonder which "Dave" is the culprit?

You need to stop trolling me and jump on someone else back.
I share information that was given to me.
You are BLIND to Rochelle unconfirmed post, who’s Arss you buried your head in.
Facts: Many Indo-Guyanese on this forum are forgiven for embracing the PNC regime in 2015. Nagamootoo hasn't done anything different that he cannot be forgiven. There are Black supporters in the PPP and vice versa. Indo-Guyanese never learns that politics does not discriminate. Once again this shows how deep racism is and how shallow Indo-Guyanese understand politics.

Two photos auto-merged or one is superimposed on the other.
