The problem for the PPP is that they're all guilty of something and they all have evidence on each other so it's almost impossible to move against one.

Even if they expel one of their number from the party, there is still the mutual silence because they've all done something.

I don't know anyone from the PPP of any rank who is not in some way tainted by breaking some law. Just by dealing with the PPP, you end up participating in law breaking because that's the only way they do business.
