It was the PNC/UF Coalition that introduced the legislation to Nationalize the above mentioned industries. Agreed that Jagan backed it.

They did not have the management skills but they had an experienced workforce who was able to keep sugar and bauxite going for a while.  Not the same for oil.

UTTER FOOLISHNESS...Not only does Guyana not have the skills and expertise it needs to develop the oil industry, not to mention the knowledge of how the market works, NATIONALIZATION has been a thing of the past...The US will not allow it.
