You know this as fact as you also knew Russia toppled ISIS and they were done like toast, about one month ago right?

Now it has become obvious that Turkey is the main financier of ISIS. So, ISIS may be destroyed in Iraq and Syria, but those are just the ground troops. The real ISIS are the Turkish and Saudi governments, and it will be difficult for Russia to bomb the Saudi and Turkish part of ISIS when the Americans are also playing a double game there, turning a blind eye on these terrorist accomplices and protecting them.
