got myself a touch screen tablet. The latest Micro soft operating system. Has Word 2013.

Some one shown me how to move a Word document to the Desk top. The fella cannot be reached for further help.

I want e-mail the Word Document to Guyana News & Information. It took months for me to write. I do not want to re-type it on the BB. I want to send it.

I tried Future shop tech support-dem children too fast for my brain to engage in time as the words jump out of their mouths.

Need detailed instruction how to do it.

Easiest thing for you might be Dropbox. You get up to 2GB free space. Install the client on both devices and you can upload from one and download to the other.

A

1. Open the document in Word.

2. Select File -> Save As in the top lefthand corner of Word.

3. A box will open up for you to select where to save the document. Look at the lefthand side of that box. You'll see a list of locations, one of which will say Desktop. Just click on that and press SAVE in the bottom righthand corner of the box that you opened up.
