I am not a big fan of Karaoke music. I never know when it is real or not.

This is not Karaoke music. He is an Engineer and a professional musician. 

Mits, I mean most of the other sounds are from something else, right? I am not knocking him, I just do not get excited with such music.

It's called  sequencing. It takes special skills to create. I can tell from the keys and his fingers that he is real. He got great reviews for his performance in Rome.
