I will be attend a vigil tonight AND hope and PRAY the BASTARD who did it gets HANG like a PIG!!!!
Condolences to the family of Jonathan Narain. This promising young man lost his life to madness way too soon.
Some Guyanese cop love to show off and break the law of the road when they hold a badge and a gun. That said, my condolences to the family. Nehru, where is the vigil and where is Vishnu when you need him? BTW, only two people showed up at the last vigil. How many will show up this time? Vigils shouldn't be kept close to any bar on Liberty Avenue. Guyanese don't have cooperation. They put rum before anything. Tell Vishnu I said so.
I heard NYPD got the MF!! Fry the MF!!!
Stupid move cost him his life. According to news reports he made a U- turn infront of the Motor Cyclist, words exchanged and then he was shot.
What bloody stupidity!! Well, every time someone makes a mistake they are liable to DEATH!!

Vishnu set himself up well. He was a ref at the US Open and then for the rest of the year he started something for the elderly where he is serving them food and entertainment. I am not sure if it is subsidized by the City or the State but Vishnu is the big wig there, executive director.
What happen to the RHDEC ?

I saw the funeral videos; may he RIP. It was quite impressive with the NYPD turning out and paying respects. However, I can't get over the tassa group and dancing; at times it was like a wedding. Are his family Guyanese Madrassis, and do Guyanese Madrassis behave like that at funerals? Mits, Churchchill, I would like your thoughts.
Tassa group and dancing at a funeral..hmmm..could be in better taste had they added some lap dancing.

I once a Madrassi funeral in Guyana. It was like a celebration of life...very colorful, singing and dancing from the house to the cemetery.

They do. It'd their customs and rituals. It's not unique to them. Many other tribes or religions do it. Some Chinese use strippers.

Folks have little tolerance these days. We were at a wake last night for hubbyâs best friend who got a heart attack suddenly and died at 51. A lot of folks left early to go to this young manâs wake. How tragic.

I could understand someone who lived a full life. But for a 27 yr old who was murdered! Not sure.

What does it mean to live a "full life"?

What is this obsessive, compulsive disorder with finding out women's age? Men in their 60s should not be indulging in such behavior.

Every one knows that you are over half a century old. At your age reading glasses become bifocal. Ear wax build up can make you hear things like "Mits not getting the GRA job" and you boasted about shooting nuts thru your nostrils. You should be on the "America got Talent" show.
Are you always this sour after sucking a lemon?
How's your parakeet?
