The new Commissioner of Police should be Commander David Ramnarine. We needhim because he is brave and patriotic, as well as accountable.He should be appointed by and report to Parliament. Under Rohee and the PPP he will never be a appointed. This is a good example of how the PPP protect the Blackman,Henry Green and kick the coolie man David Ramnarine. This is a pettern in the PPP.
